These terms apply to the games published by Jupi Games (Argentina) on Google Play: currently Cosmo Merge and Cosmo Jet. By playing them you accept these terms.
Using the games
You may download and play the games for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. The games, their art, sounds, code and names belong to Jupi Games. You may not copy, sell, modify or redistribute them.
Fair play
Leaderboards, daily challenges and duels are meant to be fair. Do not cheat, tamper with the app or its traffic, or use bugs, scripts or modified versions to get scores. We may remove scores, results or players that break these rules.
Nicknames are visible to other players. Do not use names that are offensive, impersonate someone, or advertise anything. We may change or remove a nickname that breaks this rule.
Purchases
Optional purchases, such as removing ads, are processed by Google Play under its own terms. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policies. A purchase is tied to your Google account and can be restored on another device from the game's settings.
Ads
The free versions show ads served by Google AdMob, as described in each game's privacy policy.
Availability
We work to keep the games and their online features running, but they are provided "as is". We may change, pause or end features, such as leaderboards or duels, at any time. To the extent the law allows, Jupi Games is not liable for indirect damages, lost progress or data arising from the use of the games. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.

Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

Estos términos se aplican a los juegos que Jupi Games (Argentina) publica en Google Play: por ahora Cosmo Merge y Cosmo Jet. Al jugarlos aceptas estos términos.
Uso de los juegos
Puedes descargar y jugar los juegos para tu disfrute personal y sin fines comerciales. Los juegos, sus gráficos, sonidos, código y nombres pertenecen a Jupi Games. No puedes copiarlos, venderlos, modificarlos ni redistribuirlos.
Juego limpio
Los rankings, los desafíos diarios y los duelos tienen que ser justos. No hagas trampa, no alteres la app ni su conexión, y no uses errores, scripts ni versiones modificadas para conseguir puntajes. Podemos quitar puntajes, resultados o jugadores que no respeten estas reglas.
Los apodos son visibles para otros jugadores. No uses nombres ofensivos, que se hagan pasar por otra persona o que publiciten algo. Podemos cambiar o quitar un apodo que no cumpla esta regla.
Compras
Las compras opcionales, como quitar los anuncios, las procesa Google Play con sus propios términos. Los reembolsos siguen las políticas de reembolso de Google Play. Una compra queda asociada a tu cuenta de Google y se puede recuperar en otro dispositivo desde los ajustes del juego.
Anuncios
Las versiones gratuitas muestran anuncios de Google AdMob, como se explica en la política de privacidad de cada juego.
Disponibilidad
Trabajamos para que los juegos y sus funciones en línea sigan funcionando, pero se ofrecen "tal cual". Podemos cambiar, pausar o terminar funciones, como los rankings o los duelos, en cualquier momento. En la medida que la ley lo permita, Jupi Games no se hace responsable de daños indirectos ni de progreso o datos perdidos por el uso de los juegos. Nada en estos términos limita los derechos que tienes como consumidor según las leyes de tu país.

Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos términos. La fecha de arriba indica la última versión; si sigues jugando después de un cambio, lo aceptas.
